Privacy note.
We keep this simple. This site runs no analytics, no advertising tags, and sets no cookies. The only information we collect is what you choose to type into the form on our Start page, or what you tell us when you call or email.
What the form asks
Your name and email, so we can reply. Everything else is optional: a phone number, the town you want to build in, whether you have land, a rough size, when you hope to start, where you are with design, how you plan to pay for it, what matters most to you, how you heard about us, and anything else you want to tell us.
Before the form sends, your answers are also written out as one plain note (for example "Town: Avon · Land: I own a lot") so the two of us see everything in one place.
What we do with it
We use your details only to reply to you and to talk about a possible project. We don't sell, rent or share them with anyone for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list. If you ask us to stop writing, we stop.
How it's handled
The form is handled by our website host, Netlify, which stores the submission and passes it to us. A copy goes to our private inquiry list, which only Alex and Matt can open. Both copies are kept only as long as we need them to follow up with you. Calls ring Alex. Email to hello@altaterrahomes.com reaches us.
No cookies, no tracking scripts
This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so when a page opens your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, and Google sees your IP address. That request is covered by Google's privacy policy, not ours. If we ever add a visit counter or a tag, we'll say so here first. Our /land page counts page visits, with no cookie and no visitor ID.
